Meet our freelance proofreader and copyeditor

I am Samantha Horobin, a freelance copyeditor and proofreader with a background in Science, Music and English Literature.  

The written word has been my passion since I received my first book as a child.  I have been using proofreading and editing skills throughout my work life, and recently I decided to forge a full time career in it.   

I have a love of science fiction and fantasy as well as crime drama.  I also understand the thirst for knowledge that non-fiction books allow.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and have gained certification though various continuing professional development providers.

In my spare time, I am a member of the local amateur dramatics association and a keen musician.
